A few things you may be wondering.
Do I need to know how many cameras I want?
No. Tell me which areas you want to see. During the site visit, I’ll check camera placement and recommend a setup.
Will the cameras record if the internet goes out?
A wired system with a local recorder can keep recording while the internet is down, as long as the cameras, network equipment and recorder have power. Remote viewing needs an internet connection.
Can you look at cameras I already have?
Yes. Send the brand or model if you know it, and describe the problem. I’ll check what can be repaired or reused before recommending replacements.
What will the estimate include?
Equipment and labor, with the proposed installation scope. Storage, any recurring costs, warranty terms and scheduling can be confirmed for the equipment and job before you decide.
